120 Tonne Capacity Crawler Crane available for hire — with 18m to 75m Main Boom, Auxiliary Sheave (for 11t capacity whipline) or 13m to 25m Fly Jib. Also available configured as a Luffing Tower Crane with up to 51.25m Tower & 44m Luffing Jib.

The operator oriented design of the IHI CCH1200-5 ensures safe and effective operation of this great 120 Tonne capacity Crawler Crane. With independent control of the hydraulic motors driving the Main, Auxiliary & Boom Hoist Drums the operator is able to tailor the operating speed with the load for accurate, precise, inching work while also being able to call upon the highest rope speeds in this class — 100m/min for Hoisting and Lowering. A powerful double slew-motor system, hydraulically independent of all other operations, ensures that swing motion is smooth & completely controlled.

The CCH1200-5 is fitted with two variable & one fixed displacement hydraulic pumps transfering the efficient engine's ample 235kW (320HP) for smooth, high speed and reliable operation. Hydraulic flow and pressures are automatically regulated to deliver high flow and low pressure for lighter loads & low flow and high pressure under heavy loading.
